Al Boothby

Born and raised in New England, Al began his working career in the United States Air Force where he served 20 plus years as an aircrew member on KC-135 aircraft. Al accumulated over 4000 hours of flight time to include over 500 hours of combat time in support of several theaters of conflict throughout the globe. Al also spent many hours as flight, ground, and simulator instructor.
After his retirement, Al launched his new career in Real Estate specializing in residential sales. This eventually led to positions as a Sales Manager, Director of Operations, and Broker/Owner of 3 Real Estate firms. It was in these capacities that his expanding expertise in the spectrum of Real Estate allowed him to add the title of Real Estate instructor to his portfolio. Al is passionate about promoting better education and considers teaching both Real Estate professionals and the public an important part of his role as a REALTOR.
Al is a member of the National Realtors Association, New Hampshire Realtors, and the Seacoast Board of Realtors where he served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Education committee. Al is a licensed Broker in New Hampshire and Maine. Al resides in Hampton NH. When not engaging in Real Estate, Al enjoys handyman duties, woodworking, taking the family German Sheperds to the beach, and as a licensed pilot, flying the friendly skies over New England.

Angelia, a Regional Sales Director for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group, oversees training and development in the Eastern Maine area, covering Bangor, Ellsworth, and Dover Foxcroft. A former Subway Franchisee, she transitioned to a full-time career in real estate and has an extensive business background, including serving as the past President of the Maine Association of REALTORS®.
Christine Baker
Regional Title Manager
Christine has been a Regional Title Manager for over 5 years. She works in the Seacoast and surrounding areas: Exeter, Hampton, Portsmouth, Dover, Durham, Rochester, Wakefield, as well as in Maine. Prior to being a Regional Title Manager, she was a realtor for 14 years. Christine grew up in Amesbury, MA in a big loving family.

Courtney is originally from Peaks Island, ME and has been in NH since 2000! She is an alumni of Keene State College and has held various roles within the Real Estate and Insurance industry. Prior to her real estate career, she was a Premium Audit Supervisor for National Grange Mutual in Keene, NH.
Denise Whitney

As a Licensed Instructor of the NH Salesperson’s Course, Denise provides clear and interactive instruction. She is also a Real Estate Sales Director and agent, offering guidance and support to other agents and her clients daily. Known for professionalism and integrity in over 200 real estate transactions, Denise holds licenses in NH, MA, and VT, currently pursuing a BA in Business Communications at SNHU.

EJ Demers, the Company Training Director for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group's Maine and NH offices, is also a REALTOR in Southern Maine. Utilizing current technology for a significant portion of his business, EJ is dedicated to industry growth and professional standards. With a background in teaching various real estate courses and holding designations like ABR, CRS, and SRES, he contributes to the continuous development of the real estate field.

Gary, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and President of Central Mass Appraisals, Inc., has specialized in residential valuation since 1986. As a former owner of Bourque Realty, Inc., and current co-owner of Realtyology, Inc., he's actively involved in real estate education and serves on various community committees. Recognized with awards such as the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors Instructor of the Year, Gary continues to contribute significantly to the field.

Lorraine Connell, MEd, MS, Owner of Peers not Fears, LLC, is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience. As an educational coach and consultant, she develops leadership and empathy curricula for various groups. Hosting the podcast Unimagined, Lorraine interviews students for insights into education. In 2022, she transitioned to focus on promoting equitable access and empowerment in schools and communities. Alongside her husband Justin, both educators, Lorraine is dedicated to enhancing social and emotional learning while supporting her two boys in their adventures.

Michele, a real estate professional since 1998 and Operations Manager at Bay Realty, excels as a top producer. Actively involved in real estate organizations, she has served in leadership roles, including President of the Maine Real Estate Resource Center. Michele, a recipient of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS Spirit Award, has instructed at REIofNE (formerly the Arthur Gary School Of Real Estate) since 2002. Residing in Old Orchard Beach with her husband Garry, Michele is a proud parent and grandparent.

Michelle obtained her Real Estate license in 2006, initially focusing on the Southern Maine Mid-Coast region. After joining a larger Real Estate firm in 2008, she became the President of the Mid-Coast Council in 2009, receiving several awards for her contributions. Michelle, now Sales Director at Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group, remains dedicated to community involvement and leadership.

Rebecca's approach to real estate blends technology with personal connections, making her successful over the years. She's not just an agent; she's also managed offices and mentored new agents, finding fulfillment in their growth.
In education, Rebecca's contributions are practical, designing curriculum and leading courses that help real estate pros hone their skills.
Outside work, Rebecca enjoys simple pleasures like spending time with family and friends, as well as outdoor adventures like RV camping and hiking.

Originally from Sussex, England, Sarah has lived in New England for the past 35+ years. She has over 13 years of experience in the title and real estate business. She also teaches realtor CEU classes.
Steve Bousquet

With over 20 years in real estate, Steve transitioned from corporate real estate management to brokerage, gaining insights from sales agent to ownership. Actively involved in the York County Council of the Maine Association of Realtors, he served as Council President in 2021 and as a Director. Steve, dedicated to professional development, holds designations like Real Property Administrator and Certified Buyer's Representative. Currently volunteering on the land acquisition committee for the York Land Trust, he has also contributed to town government initiatives.
Tanya Whitlow

Tanya comes to us from a variety of sales positions. For the past 6 years, she was an elected official on the Lewiston school board where she discovered her love for contracts and policies. In her free time, she likes to play poker and trivia, relaxing in a hot tub, and enjoying beach days and camping. She likes to dabble in sugar cookie decorating and sneaker painting. Tanya also has a Bachelor of Applied Science.
