Course Description
Have you ever found yourself trying to find just the right thing to say during a negotiating session and just
couldn’t come up with it? If so, this is the course for you. This course discusses the negotiating process,
components of successful negotiation, knowing your adversary, negotiating strategies and much more!
This course has been approved for 3 credit hours by the Maine Real Estate Commission.

EJ Demers has been licensed since 2000 and is a REALTOR® in the Southern Maine Area and holds a license in NH as well. A significant portion of his business comes through the use of current technology. EJ is committed to continued growth and professional standards within the industry. He has taught the Sales Agent and Associate broker courses along with the Maine Core Course and the ABR course. He holds many designations such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Tanya comes to us from a variety of sales positions. For the past 6 years, she was an elected official on the Lewiston school board where she discovered her love for contracts and policies. In her free time, she likes to play poker and trivia, relaxing in a hot tub, and enjoying beach days and camping. She likes to dabble in sugar cookie decorating and sneaker painting. Tanya has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Kaplan University.
