Course Requirements

Your course fee includes your textbook and all other required materials! In addition, you'll need...

  • Computer with reliable internet connection, microphone, and camera

  • Simple calculator without internet connections or programming capability

  • Notebook for student use

  • A license as an Associate Broker for 2 years within the 5 years immediately preceding the date of the application to the Commission
