The Real Estate Brokerage License Act and Commission Rules set forth the minimum standards of practice for licensees. Are you meeting minimum standards? Are those standards different when you are representing a client or working with a customer? This course is designed to assist you with meeting minimum standards and perhaps provide you with ideas to exceed minimum standards, when appropriate. What does it mean to have a client relationship? How is a client relationship with a
consumer different than a customer relationship? In a client relationship you are an agent representing a buyer or seller, or in some cases, both.
