Course Description
Real estate rules establish the minimum standards for professional practice—but meeting the minimum should not be the finish line. This Maine Core Course challenges licensees to understand recent regulatory changes while considering how thoughtful, proactive practices can help protect consumers, reduce risk, and elevate professionalism in every transaction.
