This course satisfies the National Association of REALTORS education requirement. This course will assist licensees in gaining an understanding of how ethical behavior should be applied in their dealings with customers, clients and other licensees. This course has been approved by the Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions.

He holds many designations such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
