This Maine Core Course challenges licensees to understand recent regulatory changes while considering how thoughtful, proactive practices can help protect consumers, reduce risk, and elevate professionalism in every transaction.

EJ Demers has been licensed since 2000 and is a REALTOR® in the Southern Maine Area and holds a license in NH as well. A significant portion of his business comes through the use of current technology. EJ is committed to continued growth and professional standards within the industry. He has taught the Sales Agent and Associate broker courses along with the Maine Core Course and the ABR course. He holds many designations such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
