Sustainable Housing and Building Green

Buyers are looking for sustainable housing and green building more today than ever before. This course provides a good foundation for these concepts so that the licensee can converse in a meaningful manner with today's buyers and sellers. Topics included in this course include; sustainable building concepts, energy audits, LEED and other certifications, key sustainable practice organizations and the role of the appraiser, lender and real estate licensee. This course is approved for 5 clock hours of continuing education by the Maine Real Estate Commission and 3 clock hours of continuing education by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.
