New Hampshire Salesperson Course

Thinking of a career in Real Estate? This course will introduce you to the practice and principles of real estate sales in New Hampshire and fully prepare you for the state exam. In order to sell real estate in New Hampshire, you must be at least 18 years old, submit to a criminal background check and obtain a real estate license from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. In addition, you must complete 40 hours of education before applying for a real estate salesperson license. Policies: While we will make every effort to accommodate special arrangements for students missing time, we cannot guarantee that every situation will result in available makeup time. An additional fee to the student will be charged, based on the amount of time needed and the availability of the instructor, if a private session is available and necessary. The course fee includes the textbooks and materials.
