Maine Law Exam Prep Course

The Maine Law Exam was developed to reflect the laws, regulations, and real estate practice in Maine and has been reviewed and approved by real estate professionals in Maine. The exam is 50 questions and requires a score of 75 or better to pass. To help you prepare for the exam, we have developed this course. This interactive course will be taught online on and led by an experienced live instructor. This course is suitable for anyone with an active license from another state who is in good standing and looking to become licensed in Maine or anyone with an expired Maine Real Estate license wanting reactivation. If either of these conditions applies to you, this course will prepare you to take the exam.
