Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs, and Auctions

Foreclosures, short sales, REOs and auctions are common ways of doing business today. Licensees need to understand these processes. Take this course to determine questions you need to ask the other licensee in order to know where the buyer and the seller is in the process. Other topics include short sale contracts, making the sale with the Loss Mitigation Departments, Asset Management Departments, buying REO properties, auction properties and procedures to undertake with buyers and sellers in order to manage a smooth transaction. This course is approved for 4 clock hours of continuing education by the Maine Real Estate Commission and 3 clock hours of continuing education by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.
